Weekly Photo Challenge: Grid

I thought this challenge was going to be difficult for me as ‘grid’ immediately suggested metal to me; however I then came across this natural shot of a Fritillary butterfly sitting on a Dandelion growing through a grid of twigs. Perfect.

  1. What a clever idea, Annette. Such a magnificent butterfly. Our garden, it seems, is bereft of its butterflies for another year; but I think I saw the most I have ever seen in one place (in the UK) at Minsmere some weeks back, so won’t complain too much!

    • Thanks Caroline. Unfortunately this wasn’t in my garden either, we only get butterflies visiting very rarely even though I try to plant all the right things for them.
